Classification (UKT ZED)
Every product gets a commodity code under UKT ZED (Ukraine’s Harmonized System). The code sets the duty rate and which permits apply — a wrong code is the most common cause of delays and overpaid duty. We classify before you order as part of customs consulting.
Declaration, duty and VAT
Electronic declaration is mandatory for shipments over €1,000. Duty and import VAT are calculated on the customs value; we model the landed cost up front so there are no surprises.
Permits and certificates
Some goods need certificates or permits before release. We identify and obtain them as part of turnkey clearance — handled in-house by our brokers.
