Incoterms define who pays for carriage and insurance and the point at which risk for the goods passes from seller to buyer. Here are all 11 rules of the 2020 edition.

Which rule to choose
For imports to Ukraine, FOB (you control the main carriage from the port) and EXW/FCA (collection from the supplier) are common. DAP/DDP suit turnkey delivery. We recommend the term that fits your deal — part of customs consulting.
