Customs brokerage and clearance

Declarations, classification and clearance, handled in-house.

We clear your imports through Ukrainian customs ourselves — formal brokerage with a full document set, or turnkey clearance where we handle everything. Declarations, UKT ZED (HS) classification and duty calculation are done in-house, so nothing is sub-contracted to an unknown broker.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between formal and turnkey clearance?
Formal brokerage means we file the declaration against documents you provide; turnkey means we manage the whole process, including obtaining permits and certificates. You choose the level of involvement.
Do you classify goods under UKT ZED?
Yes. Our brokers determine the correct UKT ZED (HS) code, which sets the duty rate and is the most common cause of clearance hold-ups when it’s wrong.
Can you clear cargo you didn’t ship?
Yes, we can act as your customs broker even when another forwarder moved the cargo, though running freight and customs together is usually faster and cheaper.
